Please note, our products are made from second hand and vintage jewellery. Avoid contact with liquids and other beauty products. Vintage jewellery was produced prior to the introduction of the 2002 law prohibiting the use of nickel or nickel compounds. Customers allergic to these metals may experience skin rashes or irritation where the metal is in contact with the skin. Our products have been refreshed and moderated using gold-plated settings. Some products have been worn and show signs of use. Please review the product image to ensure you are comfortable with the condition of item before completing your purchase. Each product is unique.
Returns and refund policy:
In interests of hygiene and for your protection we do not accept returns of pierced earrings unless the items are of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose. This policy is in line with UK law.
We want you to be happy with your purchase. But if you are not, please contact us firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of delivery.
If your item has arrived damaged or broken, we can review your purchase for a refund. If a refund is agreed, to return an item the product must be returned within its packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed once the jewellery item has been returned, checked over and damage confirmed.
We reserve the right to refuse to exchange or refund items that are not damaged or broken beyond their description, or the issue is not highlighted within 14 days of delivery. Any refunds will be made using the original payment method and only once your item has been returned by post. Depending on how fast your postman is, it can take up to 10 days for your returned parcel to reach us. Once we have received your parcel we will refund your order as quickly as we can. Payment will be refunded within 14 days, of satisfactory receipt of your returned items . (Please note that refund times are dictated by your card issuer and are outside our control). For items purchased in discount offers, we will refund on the price paid.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
